The Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (VADRC) welcomes abstracts and manuscripts based on project data and materials. Investigators are asked to complete a data use agreement and submit a brief research proposal that includes the project rationale, data requested, study design, and a biosketch. Questions can be sent to vmac@vumc.org. All collaborators are required to abide by the terms laid out in the agreement before data files are sent.
The success of our data sharing program depends on our ability to accurately tracking publications that use VADRC data. Therefore, investigators are responsible for ensuring that all publications using VADRC data include the following acknowledgment text:
“Study data were obtained from the Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Data were collected by Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center Investigators at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This work was supported by NIA grant P20-AG068082.”
A portion of the VADRC data collected from the TAP cohort is part of the National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center (NACC) Uniform Data Set. This data can be requested from NACC directly by visit https://naccdata.org/.
