Welcome to the Vanderbilt Memory and Alzheimer’s Center (VMAC) and Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (VADRC) Participant Information and Tracking Coordination Hub (PITCH). PITCH offers a web portal for IRB-approved research studies to access to our diverse, “research ready” registry of over 5000 participants age 40 years and older.

VMAC is committed to supporting research initiatives that advance scientific knowledge by helping local investigators meet their recruitment needs for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia (ADRD) research.

Welcome to PITCH

This portal provides information about our recruitment and retention strategies and our efforts to maintain a diverse participant registry. Content is used by our staff to identify best practices in recruitment and retention efforts and report on our effectiveness and success in supporting ADRD research throughout the region.

This portal is the central location for you and your study staff to request and (upon approval) view participant referral and status information. Approved studies will be able to access research volunteers based on pre-specified eligibility criteria.  If you wish to request participants from the Vanderbilt Memory and Alzheimer’s Center for a research study, use the link above to access the portal.

PITCH is a password protected recruitment hub containing all participant contact information and screening data. This tool is used by our staff to identify participants who are eligible for your research studies.
