Overall and ADSP-Sequenced Data Availability

Section 1: Overall

Table 1: Baseline sample size by demographics characteristics and clinical diagnosis

This table provides sample size and demographic information for all available cohort data that were included in the harmonization process.

Table 2: Longitudinal sample size by demographics characteristics and clinical diagnosis

This table provides sample size and demographic information for all available longitudinal cohort data that were included in the harmonization process.

Section 2: ADSP

Table 1: Baseline sample size by demographics characteristics and clinical diagnosis

This table provides sample size and demographic information for the available cohort data that were included in the harmonization process that are part of the Alzheimer’s Disease Sequencing Project (ADSP) and have a sequenced ADSP ID.

Note: The ADSP anticipates increased sample sizes in the sequencing of genomic data from underrepresented groups through investment in the ADSP Follow-Up Study (FUS) 2.0, which was launched in 2021 to expand the sample set in ADSP to represent more diverse populations. We expect the availability of these data to increase in the coming years and will be reflected in following ADSP-PHC freezes. Learn more about the ADSP FUS 2.0 here.

* The clinical diagnostic columns represents diagnosis at first available visit for each participant, which may or may not correspond to the fluid biomarker draw visit or the visit more proximal to death

Section 2: ADSP

In accordance with data sharing policies, only those individuals who have been sequenced by the ADSP and thus have an ADSP ID are available via the NIAGADS DSS. The table below reflects ADSP participants included in the latest NIAGADS release.
