The Vanderbilt Memory and Aging Project (VMAP) welcomes the opportunity to share project data and materials to advance scientific inquiry. Interested investigators are asked to complete a data use agreement and submit a brief research proposal, including the project rationale, study design, requested data, and an NIH biosketch. All collaborators are required to abide by the terms laid out in the data use agreement before data files are shared.
The success of our data sharing program depends on our ability to accurately track publications using project data. Therefore, investigators are responsible for ensuring that all publications using VMAP data include the following acknowledgment text:
“Study data were obtained from the Vanderbilt Memory and Aging Project.
